With a background in international business and a passion for sharing the vibrant traditions and stunning landscapes of Colombia, she brings a deep connection to the region and its people. Ale’s personal mission is to showcase the true essence of Latin America, highlighting its rich heritage, natural beauty, and warm hospitality. Ale takes care of the back-office functions and helps create the most authentic routes and experiences for our travellers.

His Portuguese roots and international perspective add a unique flair to the agency, blending cultures and ideas to create unforgettable experiences. André is the leader behind the company itself, he takes care of the logistics and operations part of the job when he's not travelling around Latin-America.
